The first intervention group menopausal women will be take a glycyrriza glabra tablets three times daily and exercise program three times a week for 30-45 minutes for one month.
The second intervention group menopausal women will be take a glycyrriza glabra tablets three times daily for one month.
The third intervention group menopausal women will be regular exercise program three times a week for 30-45 minutes for one month.
The control group menopausal women will be take of placebo three times daily for one month.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: lack of chronic disease such as hypertension, diabetes, hypo and hyperthyroidism, having a spouse, no history of depression, no smoking, do not use of hormone replacement. Exclusion criteria: physical and mental mental disease and incidence of adverse events during the study, take a disease that new drug application for person, musculoskeletal disorders during the study.
