Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: the participants were Administrator or administrative and technical staff; completing the questionnaire during the pretest and posttest; and participating in all education sessions for their entry into the study. Exclusion criteria: the participants who did not have participate to all educational sessions were excluded from study.
