Intervention 1: Physician intervention group 1: this group will receive feedback with content of percent of prescriptions containing antibiotics prescription and antibiotics items by SMS. Intervention
Behavior
Patient control group : this group of patients` doctors won`t receive any messages in waiting time.
Physician intervention group 1: this group will receive feedback with content of percent of prescriptions containing antibiotics prescription and antibiotics items by SMS.
Physician intervention group 2: this group will receive feedback with content of percent of prescriptions containing antibiotics prescription and antibiotics items by E-mail.
Physician intervention group 3: this group will receive feedback with content of percent of prescriptions containing antibiotics prescription and antibiotics items by internet portal.
Physician control group : this group won`t receive any feedback.
Patient intervention group: this group of patients` doctors will receive messages in the SMS form in waiting time based on failure to stick to the prescribed antibiotics.

Inclusion criteria: Criteria for inclusion: employment practice in one of the four targeted clinics The exclusion criteria : physician's contact information is not available, such as email address and mobile phone number or a lack of desire to participate in the design

MeasureTime frame
Percent of antibiotic prescriptions and percent of prescription`s items that have antibiotics. Timepoint: Befor and after the intervention. Method of measurement: The number of prescriptions that have antibiotics divided by entire prescriptions and the number of prescription antibiotics items divided by total items of each physician.
