Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion condition: -Be the junior and senior student of anesthesia and operating room in bachelor degree.-Be the student of jahrom faculty of Nursing and Allied Health-Be willing to participate in the study.-Not participated in similar studies.-Not be the transferal or guest student. Exclusion condition: -Not completing the questionnaire.-Not participating in workshop sessions completing.
