Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Scoring from 30 to 40 on the Beck depression inventory which indicates moderate depression; age 20 to 60 years old; global assessment function scale scores between 50 to 61; no medication or any form of therapy simultaneously; completing the voluntary informed consent sheet. Exclusion criteria: Serious clinical syndromes or personality disorders such as psychosis, bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder
