Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: Age 50-55 years; 12 months since last menstruation; PSQI scale score of 5 or more; low physical activity of IPAQ Exclusion: Practiced physical activity; Any physical problem or illness that prevent the walking; Taking any hormones, Other medicines and herbal medicinal products
