Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years and above Pelvic and acetabular fractures that require open fixation surgery Control vital signs and rule out other sources of bleeding from the abdomen, lungs, and head Complementary inlet, outlet and judet view imaging and pelvic CTscan performed in three sections and three-dimensional reconstruction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Minimally invasive pelvic surgeries with a potential bleeding rate of less than 300 cc Open fracture Retirement from other fields that require surgery or heavy bleeding Patients with involvement of other organs of the body History of receiving anticoagulants Kidney and liver dysfunction Diabetes History of stroke or heart attack Coagulation problems Thrombotic embolism or history of clots in peripheral arteries Sensitivity and allergy to clonidine Pregnancy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of bleeding. Timepoint: During surgery and after surgery. Method of measurement: The total amount of blood in the drain, suction, and the number of gases impregnated in the blood.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Surgeon Satisfaction. Timepoint: After surgery. Method of measurement: Reduce bleeding at the surgical site.
