Intervention group: will be treated by a half capsule of Prokid probiotic once a day before breast feeding till discharge.
Control group: will use placebo, which is half capsule filled with probiotic-free formula with the same color as the Prokid probiotic, once a day before breast feeding till discharge.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Gestational age of more than 35 weeks; birth weight of more than 2500 gr; serum level of bilirubin more than 15 mg/dL; direct bilirubin of less than 1.5 mg/dL. Exclusion criteria: Infants less than 2 days of age; ill and septic patients; infants with positive Coombs test; those undergoing blood exchange or IVIG and phenobarbital therapy; patients needing serum therapy.
