Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Students, Live in dormitory, Consent to participate in research, Aged 20 to 40 years, Fluency in Farsi, Have regular menstrual cycles (21 to 35 days) and duration of bleeding 3 to 10 days , Have premenstrual syndrome Exclusion criteria: Not pregnant, Not chronic illness, Physical education is not a single passage, To participate in sports programs while studying, Have cold and warm temperament, Don’t have severe or very severe depression, Don’t use drug during the study, Don’t have Stress and adverse event during the past three months, Don’t use of traditional medicine methods to relieve symptoms
