Inclusion criteria: History of hypertension Candidate for elective laparotomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age under 18 and over 70 years old Addiction Severe systemic disabling Mental illness and chronic pain disorders Patients with ASA class III and more and patient refusal
