Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Have at least 2 times; cramps in patients undergoing hemodialysis for at least; dialysis at least twice a week; No known ischemic disease on history;The history of myocardial infarction and angina during the last three months ; having lung disease who require oxygen;The history of stroke or transient ischemic attacks in the last three months ; Not having any disorder of the musculoskeletal system that prevents the sports movement (pedal the bicycle) is ,Exclusion criteria:The impossibility of continuing the study because of the process of dialysis, or death Bymarv the general condition including blood pressure, pulse rate and breathing, which is referred to leave Rbala; The patient withdrew from further participation in the study;The patient's inability to exercise;
