In one group of random patients,laparoscopic cholecystectomy with monopolar electerosurgical energy will be done and tissue damage will compare with serum Leptin and CRP measures.
In one group of random patients,laparoscopic cholecystectomy with ultrasonic energy will be done and tissue damage will compare with serum Leptin and CRP measures.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criterion: patients with gallstone that has indications for Cholecystectomy. Exclusion criteria: patients with acute cholecystitis; known case of cardiac or liver or kidney disease; patients with ventral hernia; former bariatric surgery; diabetes mellitus; BMI>35; metabolic disorders; intraoperative pack cell transfusion; former mid line laparotomy; patients with serious lab test disorder; patients who take corticosteroid or have immune deficiency and whom their operations lasts more than 75 minutes.
