Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Head trauma at the time of admission which causes headache; Age over 18 years; The absence of any history of headache in patients; There is no pain in other organs; The patients state of consciousness on glasgow coma scale is 15. Exclusion criteria: A history of drug addiction; Get Sedation; Pain in other Parts of The body other than the head; Restlessness of the patient that affect their cooperation; the severity of the pain so that the patient can not tolerate; Diseases that cause peripheral neuropathy.
