Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: relatively healthy old people aged 60-74; residing in Tehran; member of Neighborhood Centers for the Elderly Exclusion criteria: disability in doing daily activities; having heart failure= class II; having obstructive pulmonary disease; being under treatment of cancer in the last five years
