Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for this study were as follows: agreement to participate in the study, Exclusion criteria:the absence of limiting consumption of dairy products such as lactose intolerance? allergy to dairy proteins?metabolic diseases such as Galaktvzvmy or phenylketonuria.
