Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age less than 12 weeks Single pregnancy Lack of obesity  (BMI over 30) Lack of Previous Gestational Diabetes Lack of chronic disease (chronic blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, blood, thyroid, autoimmune)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abortion in the first trimester Transfer the case to another health center Absence of timely for prenatal care

Self-care education. Timepoint: Five months after the intervention. Method of measurement: questionnaire.

Secondary
