Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: confirming the diagnosis of psoriasis by doctor; age 18 years old and older; at least 3 months before the study had a history of psoriasis; be at least read and write the language; willingness to participate in the study; was not pregnant. Exclusion criteria: the absence of an intervention group training sessions; readmission samples during sampling in research environments.
