Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Over 18 and under 35 years of age, single pregnancy, having a mobile, literate, primigrvida; 16_20 weeks gestational age. Exclusion criteria: having any symptoms of any disease or medical complications of pregnancy, birth control known indications (narrow pelvis, placenta previa, or myomectomy surgery), history of participation in childbirth preparation classes, the presence of chronic diseases.
