Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosis of grade 1 and 2 knee of Osteoarthritis Lack of other inflammatory diseases No other drugs used except NSAIDs Lack of neuralgic and psychiatric illnesses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who find it difficult to participate in the trial Patients for whom the drug treatment phase was not responsive, and should undergo surgery Patients who are allergic to melatonin Patients who suffer from R.A Patients with a history of cardiac arrhythmia
