Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: Having 60 years and more; Female; Received a score of 7 or higher on tests of cognitive; There are no problems that make it difficult to communicate, such as speech or hearing impaired. Exclusion criteria: The use of psychotherapy and consulting services during the implementation of this; Having missed two sessions of 10 sessions; Concomitant use of psychiatric drugs.
