Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: having at least six months experience in the emergency department have; with a bachelor or master's degree in nursing; nurses at least in the last 6 months acute problem of stress (death of a spouse, father .... and drugs with psychotic disorders) have not experienced. Exclusion criteria: nurses who leave the emergency department during the study period for whatever reason; tend not to participate in ongoing research; nurses who during research have stressful problems acute. (Such as death of a spouse, father ...)
