Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: having at least the age of 15 years and a maximum of 85 years-a history of at least 2 months of dialysis and hemodialysis performed 2-3 times per week- the wish to participate in the implementation of the- Listening and speaking ability are accepted -having a half-sitting position - no history of muscle disease known. Exclusion criteria: any circumstances that create intervention for subjects during that continuation of the intervention are impossible, such as death, travel, etc. - you do not want to work.
