Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in research Living in the Isfahan city Reading and writing literacy Diagnostic criteria of one of the psychiatric disorders (schizophrenic, mood, bipolar mood disorder or anxiety) based on the mental status examination with psychiatrist confirmation based on DSM-5-TR Ability to participate in the sessions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not suffering from chronic physical diseases Not being in the acute phase of the disease Not having substance-induced mental disorder
