Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Patients between 18 to 60 years old;having molars with asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis and normal periapical status.Exclusion criteria:presence of systemic disease;medication intake;pregnancy and lactation;alcohol intake;drug abusers;preoperative pain;nonodontogenic pain;teeth with immature apex and apical foramen size of more than ,4mm;severe periodontal involvement and unretainable teeth;nonrestorable teeth;Tip to Tip or over obturated canals.

Postoperative pain after root canal therapy. Timepoint: 6,12,24,48,72 hours after treatment. Method of measurement: VISUAL ANALOG SCALE.
