Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria : Virgin girls having dysmenorrhea in age 18-26 years old;VAS scale upper than 4 ;Regular period with 21-35 days interruptions; Girls having pain in lower abdomen and other dysmenorrhea`s signs in last 6 mounts. exclusion criteria : Existence of any cystic and disease related to pelvis ; womb ,and ovaries ;Experience of pelvis and ovaries operation ;Existence of itching ,prickling sensation ,and abnormal secretions; Using of special drugs in last 6 mounts ;Experience of stressful condition such as parent`s separation or death , in last 6 mounts ;Smoking or using alcohol ; Dissatisfaction to be participate in this study.
