Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing head and neck surgery are classified as Class 1 or 2 as defined by the ASA Class

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of obstructive sleep apnea Respiratory tract infection over the last 2 weeks Wheeze 3 or more times in 12 months A history of asthma in the absence of wheezing Wheezing during exercise Persistent nacturnal dry cough
