Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: - to have desire to participate in the study -at least 22 years and at most 40 years old -at least 6 months of experience in dialysis to have BSc or higher certificate in nursing Exclusion Criteria: - unwilling to continue the study - to have management positions - to have recent participation in teaching programs in infection control
