Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: main inclusion criteria :have atrial fibrillation referred to Education and health centers ; agreement of patient for study to continue ,; ,access to phones and mobile ; literacy ;age older than 20 years,Lack of hearing and speech. main exclusion criteria:disagreement of patient for study to continue, Hospitalization in advanced heart failure and patient die ; ;Non-compliance with medication regimen
