Intervention 1: Control group : Received no specific intervention . Intervention 2: Intervention group : Orem’s self-care model was applied over 8 sessions of 45-60 minutes for 4 weeks by the research

Intervention group : Orem’s self-care model was applied over 8 sessions of 45-60 minutes for 4 weeks by the researcher and then continued at home for a month.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis disease by neurologist; Under treatment and having had recorded accounts in Vice-Chancellor in treatment affairs; Having informed tendency to participate in study; Having at least literacy; Having at least psychology, hearing and visual conditions for participate to study; Receive mark 36-63 in fatigue severity scale; Receive mark 4-5 in get up and go test; Receive mark 0-20 in berg balance scale. Exclusion criteria: Receive mark 9-27 in fatigue severity scale; Receive mark 1-3 in get up and go test; Receive mark 21-56 in berg balance scale.

Fatigue. Timepoint: Before the intervention and at the end of the eighth week. Method of measurement: Exclusive Fatigue Severity Scale for multiple sclerosis patients.;Motor function. Timepoint: Before the intervention and at the end of the eighth week. Method of measurement: Get Up and Go test.;Body balance. Timepoint: Before the intervention and at the end of the eighth week. Method of measurement: Berg Balance Scale.
