Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria included: age 18 to 40 years old ? BMI 25 and higher ? literacy ?fluent Farsi ? without having hormonal disorders that cause excessive weight gain ? not taking medications that cause weight gain, without any a history of mental and physical diseases ? lack of a history of infertility? lack of indications high risk delivery?lack of follow the special diet for pregnant women. Exclusion criteria: failure to attend one of the consultation sessions ? unwillingness to continue participation in the study.
