Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients aged 18-60 years old; ASAps I; candidated for radical neck dissection surgery. Exclusion criteria:ASAps II and more; History of addiction; Drug history for: anti convulsant, anti depression; History of gastrointestinal problem; chronic neck pain before surgery.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain score. Timepoint: At the interance to ward and after 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 hours. Method of measurement: Universal Pain Assessment Tools (UPAT).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Total dose of morphine during 24 hours. Timepoint: At the end of 24 hours. Method of measurement: Patient's medical records.
