Intervention 1: Intervention group: Solifenacin Succinate, Tab. 5 mg Oral, daily for 4 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: Placebo(glucose), Tab. 1 Number Oral, daily for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All women with narrow-angle glaucoma and symptoms of over active bladder (urinary frequency; and urinary urgency). Exclusion criteria: A history of ocular surgery; Diabetes; Severe refractive disorders; Malignant glaucoma; A history of sensitivity to anticholinergic; Symptoms of urinary obstruction; Severe prolapse of pelvic floor.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in intraocular pressure. Timepoint: At baseline and one week and four weeks after the beginning of the study. Method of measurement: Goldman applanation tonometry.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change the angle of the anterior chamber of the eye. Timepoint: At baseline and one week and four weeks after the begin. Method of measurement: Gonioscopy.
