Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile women with a history of at least one embryo transfer cycle cancellation due to endometrial thickness less than 7 mm after receiving standard hormonal treatment. Having good quality embryos (A or B)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a clear lesion in hysteroscopy during the last six months Contraindications for exosome injection
