Agriculture group: The patients in this group, participated in daily agriculture activities for three months in addition to treatment with risperidone tablet (rispridone tablet 4 mg three times a day)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Physical ability; the diagnosis of chronic schizophrenia according to DSM IV TR criteria; aged between 18 and 80 years old Exclusion criteria: Mental retardation; change in the treatment regimen during the study
