Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age over 60 years old; knee joint pain for 6 months or more; confirmed by radio-graphic signs of osteoarthritis of the knee by physician; lack of intra-articular injection for previous three months; lack of knee surgery and severe trauma; patients who are not dependent for their care to the others. Exclusion criteria: lack of regular evaluation of the patient 's unwillingness to treat patients; exacerbation of the symptoms
