Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients between 1 month and 14 years old; patients with PaO2 / FiO2< 300; Bilateral lung infiltration in chest x-ray. Exclusion criteria: High left atrial pressure; echocardiographically proven intra-cardiac shunt; Use of neuromuscular junction blocker.
