Intervention 1: In intervention group, doctor just specifies the drug for infusion(morphine or fentanyl) and goal of that in proportion to patient's condition using criteria above which is Ramsey=2-3

In intervention group, doctor just specifies the drug for infusion(morphine or fentanyl) and goal of that in proportion to patient's condition using criteria above which is Ramsey=2-3 or Richmod=-1 to
In control group, doctor orders infusion morphine 1-2mg/h or fentanyl 50-100mic/h with 30 minutes interval in 4 hours periods in proportion to patient's need and clinical evaluation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criterion: the patient has been taken to ICU with tracheal tube after surgery Exclusion criteria: tracheostomy tube; addiction to drugs and sedative drugs.
