Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: children over 3 days stay;alertness; and lack of severe pain; appropriate general condition; not receiving narcotic medications; no mental problems and Willingness to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: child become ill; stay of less than 2 days; transfer from ward and non-cooperation of the child
