Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Negative urine test for morphine, cannabis, and methamphetamine. The need to use methadone maintenance treatment for at least the past three months, Absence of autoimmune diseases, absence of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases absence of muscle and tendon injuries
