Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All less than 18 yr old patients with grade 3 or 4 hydronephrosis on prenatal all after birth sonography. Normal VCUG Severe obstruction and diminished function on functional renal scan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vesicoureteral Reflux Bilateral Hydronephrosis Neurogenic Bladder Multicystic kidney Not willing to contribute in the study

Severity of Hydronephrosis in sonography. Timepoint: Before intervention and 3 months and 6 months later. Method of measurement: Sonography.;Obstruction severity. Timepoint: Before intervention and 12 months later. Method of measurement: Dynamic Renal Scan.
