Intervention 1: Intervention: In case group 5000 IU/ml of urinary human chorionic gonadotrophin diluted with with 1 ml of media and immedietly after oocyte recovery, Injected in to the uterine cavity
Treatment - Drugs
Intervention: In case group 5000 IU/ml of urinary human chorionic gonadotrophin diluted with with 1 ml of media and immedietly after oocyte recovery, Injected in to the uterine cavity by IUI catheter
Control group: Continues treatment without any intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Women aged 20-40 years undergoing fresh intracytoplasmic sperm injection -embryo transfer cycles that have normal endometrial thickness (7-12 milimeters) on the day of embryo transfer and thay dont have any visible endometrial pathology, And they have less than three failed previous intracytoplasmic sperm injection cycles, BMI 30, And duration of infertility is more than 10 years and severe male infertility.

Clinical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: Five weeks after start of intervention. Method of measurement: Transvaginal ultrasonography.;Implantation rate. Timepoint: End of the treatment. Method of measurement: Statistical analysis.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Chemical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: Two weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Labratory kit.;Miscariage rate. Timepoint: Until 24 weeks after start of intervention. Method of measurement: History, physical exam, ultrasonography.;Fertilization rate. Timepoint: After embryo development. Method of measurement: Labratory investigation.
