Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Second-year medical students who have nervous system physiology course Exclusion criteria: Students who were failed in their previous examination or passed before.

Learning of problem base skills. Timepoint: end of study. Method of measurement: find out students thoughts by enclosed questionnaire for evaluating of quality of the PBL method - comparing of final marks in two methods (PBL and lecture).
