Inclusion criteria: Rectal adenocarcinoma, located 4 to 12 cm from anal verge Complete medical documents Possible oncological and functional sphincter preserving

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete documents, Continued treatment in other centers, Unavailable information Unknown tumor stage
