Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients who have normal vaginal delivery with help of midwives; Patients who did not receive any formal training for physiological childbirth; Lack of mental illness; Being literate Exclusion Criteria: Patients who are deployed; Patients who do not achieve vaginal delivery
