Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Training sessions include three 30-minute sessions in three consecutive weeks (one session per week). Before each session with the parents, the session time is set
Then these parents are given basic training in this field. It should be noted that this session is provided separately to all parents in the intervention group and if necessary, educational pamphlets

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents' awareness of the child's illness No stressful event other than the child's illness during the past year Absence from attending similar training sessions and classes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents' unwillingness to cooperate with research
