In the furosemide/Albumine(intervention) group patients received 60 mg lasix in 100 ml albumine in 30 minutes.
In furosemide(Control) group patients received 60 mg lasix in 100 ml normal saline in 30 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients admitted to the intensive care unit; oligouria; serum albumin3g/dl; nonoligouric acute renal failure; balance of fluid loaded to the patient and no need for greater diuresis by the physician; receiving diuretics in the past 48 hours; hemodynamically unstable patients with vasopressor dependence; pregnancy; ESRD patients with anuria, cirrhosis, nephrotic syndrome, cardiogenic shock and CRF

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Urinary furosemide. Timepoint: 24-hour urine sample will be collected every 2 hours until 12 hours and then one sample for the next 12 hours. Method of measurement: HPLC.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Urinary Na. Timepoint: Urine sampling will be at 8-10,10-12,12-14, 14-16,16-18 and 18-20 o,clock and then 20 till 8 in the next day,s morning. Method of measurement: HPLC.
