Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients with type 2 diabetes; age between 30-65 years old; HbA1c upper than 7.5 and lower than 11; drug usage included metformin + sulfonylurea; no history of conventional medical complications such as liver, kidney and cardiovascular diseases; no history of chronic uncontrolled and severe complications; willing to participate in the study. Exclusion criterion: lack of consent.

Blood glucose. Timepoint: In the time of 15 min, zero hour, 1.5 hours, 3 hours, 4.5 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after insulin loaded nano hydro gel. Method of measurement: Colometric method.;Insulin level. Timepoint: In the time of 15 min, zero hour, 1.5 hours, 3 hours, 4.5 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after insulin loaded nano hydro gel. Method of measurement: Chemoluminescence method.
