Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Persons 30-50 years, their consent to participate in the study, no history of high blood pressure. Exclusion criteria: emigration, lack of satisfactory participation in the study and not watching multimedia.

Practices preventing stress management of high blood pressure. Timepoint: immediately before intervention and three months after intervention. Method of measurement: a researcher-made questionnaire.
