Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: More than 18 years No allergy to caffeine and Melatonin No history of chronic migraine headaches, hypertension, diabetes, coagulation disorders, gestational toxicity, seizure No smoking, hookahs and drugs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Trying to perform spinal anesthesia more than once Failure of spinal anesthesia and other methods for anesthesia Having absolute rest more than 8 hours after surgery History of taking caffeine containing drugs The incidence of preoperative headache during the first 8 hours after surgery The presence of uncontrolled asthma in the patient Unwillingness to continue cooperation in the study Duration of surgery is more than 120 minutes
