Inclusion criteria: age 18 years and more than open heart surgery indication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication for consumption Colchicine allergy to Colchicine pregnancy and breastfeeding

MeasureTime frame
Atrial fibrillation. Timepoint: After cardiac surgery, discharge time, one month and six months later. Method of measurement: clinical examination, taking the electrocardiogram and, if necessary, electrocardiography.;Pericardial effusion. Timepoint: After cardiac surgery, discharge time, one month and six months later. Method of measurement: chest xray and Echocardiography.
